  This is a dark place. The mechanics know what they are doing but terrible atmosphere in the shop. Dishonest. Very unfriendly. Graham is one of the grumpiest English men I've ever met. And I spent 2/3rds of my life in England! I would try anywhere else for my delica needs if these guys didn't scar me for life and i bought another. Just my honest experience over the last 6 years. They got the work I needed done. But never on time and always leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

  Great group of guys. All knowledgeable especially regarding imports or anything JDM. Graham and Glen have helped me in the past, rebuilding my RB26DETT from my R32 GTR, fantastic results and time/cost was all beyond reasonable. Would highly recommend.

  Upholstery halfheartedly cleaned and the inoperative instrument lights (which worked perfectly before) blamed on a switch which had somehow and suddenly 'failed' while in their care. I wasn't alone...the guy before me also got handed grimy upholstery but he didn't pursue it. Running a business takes good management oversight and giving a damn about your customers...not just taking their money for a half-baked job.

  Graham was extremely helpful with a parts order and made sure I had everything I needed for the job on my L300. The parts also got to California from Canada within days.

  What can I say ? For all the hype of being THE shop for RHD I was bloody disappointed. They did the job they were supposed to do but at the end tried to hand back the vehicle with filthy oily seats and a bunch of instrument lights that were suddenly no longer working. Surly response from the mechanic who couldn't "see what I was on about".

  Found Coombs Country Autos in search of an alternator. Lucky these guys had one in stock for a good price. First alternator that came was damaged in shipping, called CCAutos and they were quick to remedy the situation and send another one out. Rebuilt alternator came in, and so far no problems. Would recommend these guys to anyone, only minor complaint was communication was a bit slow.
